A special tapping tonight of an exceedingly floral dark rye Saison from Tired Hands Brewing Co. (opening soon in Ardmore) cleverly named "Do Saisons Dream of Electric Yeast?" This beer was brewed with dark rye malt, wildflower honey, roses, chamomile, and hibiscus flower in collaboration with Grassroots in Denmark. Tired Hands founder Jean Broillet IV will be in the house.
